1. 假期校内学生进出校门实行刷卡制管理。

During the holiday, the students entering and leaving the school should scan student ID card.

2. 假期如果有任何突发情况，请及时与留管老师联系。

If there is any emergency happens, please contact your International Student Administrator.

3. 放假期间，如有离开大连的同学，应提前告知留管老师，并完成假期出行计划提交，严格履行请假手续。

During the holiday, if you need to leave Dalian, please notify your International Student Administrator teacher in advance form about your holiday plan, all should strictly follow the leave procedures.

1. 消防安全 Fire Safety

▫ 不要在宿舍、教室等区域内吸烟。

Do not smoke in dormitories, classrooms, or other such areas.

▫ 不要在宿舍内保存易燃易爆危险品。

Do not store flammable, explosive, or dangerous materials in dormitories.

▫ 不要在宿舍焚烧杂物，使用蜡烛等明火。

Do not burn debris or use open flames such as candles in dormitories.

▫ 使用电器后要拔掉插头，外出时需关闭电源。

Unplug the power cord after using electrical appliances, and turn off the main power supply when go out.

▫ 发现安全隐患，要及时向留管老师汇报。

If you identify any potential safety hazard, please report it to your International Student Advisor promptly.

2. 交通安全Traffic Safety

▫ 切勿在机动车道中间停留、追逐打闹。

Do not stay, chase, or frolic in the middle of motor vehicle lanes.

▫ 时刻留意周围车辆的动态，特别是在拐弯、路口等视线不佳的地方。

Always pay attention to the movement of surrounding vehicles，especially in areas with poor visibility such as corners and intersections.

▫ 行走时不戴耳机、不玩手机，保持行走路线清晰，避免干扰车辆驾驶者的判断，保障自己安全。

Do not wear headphones or use mobile phones while walking. Keep your walking path clear to avoid interfering with the judgment of vehicle drivers and ensure your own safety.

▫ 选择正规出租车，不乘坐 “超载车”“无照车”。

Choose licensed taxis, and do not take "overloaded vehicles" or "unlicensed vehicles".

▫ 乘车时勿将手臂或头部伸出窗外，车辆行驶过程中抓紧扶手，待车辆停稳确保后方无行人、车辆通过后，再从右侧开门下车。

Do not stick your arms or head out of the window while riding. Hold onto the handrail when the vehicle is moving. Only open the door on the right side to get off after the vehicle has come to a complete stop and you have confirmed that there are no pedestrians or vehicles passing by behind.

3. 游玩安全 Travel Safety

▫ 合理规划外出行程线路和时间，提前了解途经地、目的地的天气、交通情况，不前往高风险地区。

Make a reasonable plan for the outdoor travel route and time, learn about the weather and traffic conditions of the places along the way and the destination in advance, and do not go to high-risk areas.

▫ 选择正规景区游玩，不前往未开发开放、缺乏安全设施的危险区域。

Choose to visit formal scenic spots and do not go to dangerous areas that are undeveloped, unopened, or lack safety facilities.

▫ 谨慎参加蹦极、攀岩、潜水、探险等高风险项目。乘坐缆车、游船等观光运载工具时，应采取相关防护措施。

Participate cautiously in high-risk activities such as bungee jumping, rock climbing, diving, and exploration. When taking sightseeing vehicles such as cable cars and cruise ships, relevant protective measures should be taken.

4. 饮食安全 Food Safety

▫ 购买食品时，要仔细查看食品标签，确保食品在保质期内。

When purchasing food, carefully check the food label to ensure the food is within its shelf life.

▫ 出行旅游就餐时优先选择持有食品经营许可证、卫生条件好和实施“明厨亮灶”的餐厅。

When dining during travel, prioritize restaurants that hold a Food Business License, have good sanitation conditions, and implement the "Clear Kitchen & Bright Stove" initiative (a supervision measure requiring restaurants to make their kitchen operations visible to customers).

▫ 不吃来路不明的食物，不采集、不食用野生菌及野生植物。

Do not eat food of unknown origin, and do not collect or consume wild mushrooms or wild plants.

5. 网络安全 Network Safety

▫ 不要轻信网上信息和外出会见陌生网友，不要沉溺于网络、游戏。

Do not easily trust online information or meet unfamiliar netizens in person, and do not indulge in the internet or games.

▫ 不参与任何形式的线上、线下带有宗教色彩聚会及不明人士发起的倡议、声援活动。

Do not participate in illegal or irregular religious gatherings, either online or offline, as well as initiatives and solidarity activities initiated by unknown individuals.

▫ 陌生WiFi不要连，钓鱼链接不要点，不明二维码不要扫，个人信息不要晒。

Do not connect to unfamiliar WiFi, click on phishing links, scan unknown QR codes, or share personal information (online).

6. 谨防诈骗 Guard Against Fraud

交友要慎重，远离社会不良人员，同时不相信暴利的兼职，以防诈骗。

Be cautious when making friends, stay away from people with bad social records, and do not trust part-time jobs that promise exorbitant profits to prevent fraud.
