Introduction of major 

E-commerce Department has been enrolling students since 2004, and after years of consolidation and innovation, it was awarded the brand specialty of Liaoning Province in 2008, the Outstanding Contribution Team of Neusoft Group in 2009, the pilot specialty of comprehensive reform of undergraduate programs in general institutions of higher education in Liaoning Province in 2013, and ranked 3rd in the comprehensive evaluation of undergraduate programs in general institutions of higher education in Liaoning Province in 2014. This professional knowledge system covers the field of Internet project operation, specialising in planning and design, network marketing, data analysis and customer management, taking into account both theoretical foundation and practical application. The competence system focuses on improving the Internet project operation ability, and creates a full-stack operation that is good at planning and design, fine network marketing, data analysis and customer management. The quality system focuses on shaping the sense of integration in the Internet industry, cultivating talents who are familiar with the rules of the e-commerce industry, have a positive professional attitude, and combine independent learning with teamwork. Teachers are mostly dual-teachers and dual-ability teachers with overseas backgrounds, and their practical ability and internationalised vision effectively help students grow. The teaching mode focuses on collaborative out-of-classroom education and school-enterprise cooperation, and undertakes horizontal projects of many enterprises to support the Internet business radiation and people's livelihood, as well as for Hewlett-Packard, Accenture, Baidu, Ali, Jusihong, Deli and many other famous enterprises to provide a large number of excellent talents.
