要求Requirements

1 放假期间，如有离开大连的同学，应提前告知留管老师并提交假期出行计划，严格履行请假手续。

During the holiday, students who need to leave Dalian should inform SIE supervisor in advance, submit the travel plans, and strictly follow the leave application procedures.

2 假期如果有任何突发情况，请及时与留管老师联系。

If there is any emergency during the holiday, please contact your SIE supervisor promptly.

• 不要在宿舍、教室等区域内吸烟。

  Do not smoke in dormitory, classroom, or other such areas.

• 不要在宿舍内保存易燃易爆危险品。

  Do not keep flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials in dormitory.

• 不要在宿舍内焚烧杂物，使用蜡烛等明火。

  Do not burn miscellaneous items or use open flames such as candles in dormitory.

• 使用电器后要拔掉插头，外出时需关闭电源。

  Unplug electrical appliances after use, and turn off the power supply when leaving.

• 发现安全隐患要及时向留管老师汇报。

  Report any safety hazards to SIE supervisor.

2 交通安全 Traffic Safety

• 切勿在机动车道上停留、追逐打闹。

  Never stay or play chase in motor vehicle lane.

• 时刻留意周围车辆的动态，特别是在拐弯、路口等视线不佳的地方。Always pay attention to the movement of vehicles around you，especially at turns, intersections, and other areas with limited visibility.

• 行走时不戴耳机、不玩手机，保持行走路线清晰，避免干扰车辆驾驶者的判断，保障自己安全。

  Do not wear headphones or use mobile phone while walking. Keep your path clear to avoid interfering with the judgment of drivers and ensure your own safety.

• 选择正规出租车，不乘坐 超载车、无照车。

  Choose licensed taxis and do not take overloaded vehicles or unlicensed vehicles.

• 乘车时勿将手臂或头部伸出窗外，车辆行驶过程中抓紧扶手，待车辆停稳确保后方无行人、车辆通过后，再从右侧开门下车。

  Do not stick your arms or head out of the window while riding in a vehicle. Hold onto the handrail during the ride. Before opening the door to exit from the right side, make sure the vehicle has come to a complete stop and that there are no pedestrians or vehicles passing behind you.

3 游玩安全 Travel Safety 

• 合理规划外出行程线路和时间，提前了解途经地、目的地的天气、交通情况，不前往高风险地区。

  Plan your travel routes and schedules reasonably, and check the weather and traffic conditions of both the transit and destination locations in advance. Avoid traveling to high-risk areas.

• 选择正规景区游玩，不前往未开发开放、缺乏安全设施的危险区域。

  Visit only officially designated scenic areas, and do not enter undeveloped, unopened, or hazardous areas lacking proper safety facilities。

• 谨慎参加蹦极、攀岩、潜水、探险等高风险项目。乘坐缆车、游船等观光运载工具时，应采取相关防护措施。

  Participate in high-risk activities such as bungee jumping, rock climbing, scuba diving, and exploration with caution. When using sightseeing vehicles like cable cars or tourist boats, take appropriate safety precautions.

4 饮食安全 Food Safety

• 购买食品时，要仔细查看食品标签，确保食品在保质期内。

  When purchasing food, carefully check the food label to ensure the food is within its expiration date.

• 出行旅游就餐时优先选择持有食品经营许可证、卫生条件好和实施“明厨亮灶”的餐厅。

  When dining during travel, prioritize restaurants that hold a food business license, maintain good hygiene standards, and have implemented the "transparent kitchen" (open kitchen) policy.

• 不吃来路不明的食物，不采集、不食用野生菌及野生植物。

  Do not eat food of unknown origin, and do refrain from picking or consume wild mushrooms or wild plants.

5 网络安全 Network Security

• 不要轻信网上信息和外出会见陌生网友，不要沉溺于网络、游戏。

  Do not easily trust online information or meet strangers you've met online, and avoid becoming addicted to the online games.

• 陌生WiFi不要连，钓鱼链接不要点，不明二维码不要扫，个人信息不要晒。

  Do not connect to unknown WiFi networks, click on phishing links, scan unidentified QR codes, or share personal information publicly (online).

6 谨防诈骗 Beware of Fraud

• 交友要慎重，远离社会不良人员，同时不相信暴利的兼职，以防诈骗。

  Be careful in making friends and stay away from individuals with bad social influences, and do not trust part-time jobs that promise unusually high profits to avoid being.

• 转账多想想，汇款多问问，不给个人信息、不给银行卡号、不给验证码。

  Think twice before transferring money, ask questions before remitting funds, and never share personal information, bank card numbers, or verification codes.
